Sweat and Sculpt workouts are all 30 minutes or less and can be done from the comfort of your own home or any gym (commercial, hotel, etc). A huge variety of exercises means you never get bored. Exercise videos teach proper form and technique so every workout is safe and suitable for any fitness level.
